These clients were very detailed and keen individuals. There was no foul at the home but they had this feeling of discomfort in the air so they were wondering if the air purifiers don't work. They called in and asked for a free estimated and educated them that it could also be the duct system not being clean enough. They were really shocked and worried as they thought the air purifiers lessened the need of a duct cleaning service but when we saw the system, it was full of dust, dirt and hardened grime which was weird!
