The customer was a super nice dude, made the team feel at home. He was originally quoted super cheap by another company but didn't even come out to his house. He got another offer from a competitor and he didn't even show up his doorstep! He thought we were going to be more expensive but was shocked to know our company offered less than others he spoke to.
