These very nice clients had a radon mitigation installation with us and requested if we could also do duct cleaning on the same day. We gave the request of the customer as  majority of vents are upstairs but there are three to four downstairs I need to be looked at just to make sure that they are cleaned.

In this spacious Clive, IA residence, a simple family was relieved after Iowa Duct Defense's air duct cleaning service. The family was sharing that they had allergies non-stop, and they are no longer happy staying at home. Instead of them resting indoors, they just choose to go out. This client was originally concerned with the duct work due to having two of the vents not being able to push air anymore. They just occupied the home less than a month ago and believe that the two rooms were used by kids as it was full of candy and wrappers. The rooms are sitting at different temperatures which is why she is concerned and would like to have her whole HVAC cleaned thoroughly. She also has four cats, so the fur adds up to it. We expected the system to be filthy but the tools did the job!

This client opened to us about their budget but really wanted a duct cleaning service. She mentioned about getting a free duct cleaning filter with another competitor. We explain the pros and cons of both and gave her a good deal for this project as the team really wanted to help. She was happy and immediately booked. 

The client's mother is moving to the basement for a while and made sure that the air quality will be safe and healthier for her.
