This client is had a hearing disability and when he called us to book, he requested if we could text instead. The Iowa Duct Defense team is breaking stereotypes and helped the customer by booking everything through text! Customer was indeed happy as no one has ever helped him that quick. They wanted healthier air -- part of the reason why they got a duct cleaning service. He and wife were really happy with the results!

These very nice clients had a radon mitigation installation with us and requested if we could also do duct cleaning on the same day. We gave the request of the customer as  majority of vents are upstairs but there are three to four downstairs I need to be looked at just to make sure that they are cleaned.

In this spacious Clive, IA residence, a simple family was relieved after Iowa Duct Defense's air duct cleaning service. The family was sharing that they had allergies non-stop, and they are no longer happy staying at home. Instead of them resting indoors, they just choose to go out. After the duct cleaning is done, they were shocked to see the amount of dirt that accumulated throughout the years. It was an easy clean!

This client was originally concerned with the duct work due to having two of the vents not being able to push air anymore. They just occupied the home less than a month ago and believe that the two rooms were used by kids as it was full of candy and wrappers. The rooms are sitting at different temperatures which is why she is concerned and would like to have her whole HVAC cleaned thoroughly. She also has four cats, so the fur adds up to it. We expected the system to be filthy but the tools did the job!
