Post-Wildfire Air Quality Concerns

Living near an area affected by wildfires, the client noticed ash and smoke odors permeating their home. Even after the fires subsided, the HVAC system continued to circulate the smell, making it hard to feel at ease indoors. A duct cleaning service thoroughly removed the soot and ash residue from the system, leaving the home’s air fresh and clean. This client was thinking about duct cleaning since he saw his vents were really dirty. The house was relatively small but we did the job well!

These clients were very detailed and keen individuals. There was no foul at the home but they had this feeling of discomfort in the air so they were wondering if the air purifiers don't work. They called in and asked for a free estimated and educated them that it could also be the duct system not being clean enough. They were really shocked and worried as they thought the air purifiers lessened the need of a duct cleaning service but when we saw the system, it was full of dust, dirt and hardened grime which was weird! After the service, they were really satisfied how it turned out. 

Home is under 1600 square feet and has never been cleaned since the homeowner has lived here. She lives on her own and mentioned to me her husband passing and lives with a couple cats.
